WatsGo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

The app accesses the following only on your device:

- Photos and videos (via Android Photo Picker — no direct storage access)

- Files and documents (only those you explicitly select)

All selected files are transferred directly between your devices over your local Wi-Fi network and are never uploaded to any server, cloud, or third party.

2. How the Transfer Works

WatsGo creates a temporary local web server on your Android device. Files are served only within your local Wi-Fi network. No data leaves your local network. The server stops automatically when you exit the transfer screen.

3. Third-Party Services

WatsGo uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information for ad personalization purposes. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details:

4. Permissions Used

- ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: To detect your local IP address for file transfer

- FOREGROUND_SERVICE: To keep the transfer server running while the app is in use

- No READ_MEDIA or storage permissions are required

WatsGo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
